Refund policy
Refunds will be provided only when:
- A return request has been approved by Mahabir Industries.
- A replacement is not available.
- An order is cancelled by Mahabir Industries before dispatch.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days after approval.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted if:
- The product has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- The product has been damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- The request is made after the specified reporting period without a valid reason.
